Avia Vacation Houses is located on the island of Evia, Greece, along a natural coastal strip and is designed in direct dialogue with the sea and open landscape. The development comprises vacation residences that combine a high degree of privacy with expansive connections to the maritime setting. The linear organization responds to the site's proximity to the shoreline, allowing each unit to benefit from natural light, sea breezes, quiet, and direct views of the surrounding landscape. The project consists of contemporary townhouses organized vertically. At ground level, each unit includes parking and a separate studio, while the upper floors contain the main living and sleeping spaces, opening onto generous sea-facing terraces. Local stone at the base is combined with light-colored plaster on the upper levels, creating a restrained and timeless material palette that relates naturally to the tones of the coast and the local context.
