The project's goal is to rehabilitate the building and breathe new life into the entire complex, returning it to its original purpose as a bustling hub of commerce, culture, and community. The new design offers a program that combines commercial uses such as a cafe, a space for pop-up shops, and food stalls. As an integral part of the project, the building's surroundings will undergo extensive landscape development, including a landscaped plaza, seating terraces, walking paths, and shading, which will transform the complex into an inviting, green, and active public space.
